9/08: Violent weather pounds the East Coast; finances tie up 9/11 museum …

Dangerous winds, severe floods and destructive tornadoes slammed the Midwest and the East Coast. Elaine Quijano reports on the weekend’s violent weather; And, last year at this time, on the 10th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attack, the National September 11th Memorial opened in Lower Manhattan. This year, the opening of the 9/11 museum was supposed to follow. But that isn’t going to happen. Anthony Mason reports.
